Dr. Charlotte F. Braziel Saint Leo University Bachelor of Science, Public Policy & Government, Eastern Connecticut State University Master of Business Administration, Sacred Heart University Master of Science, Criminal Justice, Saint Leo University Doctorate, Criminal Justice – Homeland Security Charlotte Braziel retired from the FBI after twenty-six years of service. As a Special Agent, she investigated white-collar crime, bank fraud, health care fraud, human trafficking, organized crime, and terrorism. She served for sixteen years as the senior team leader for the Tampa Evidence Response Team and is certified in hazardous materials and weapons of mass destruction. Dr. Braziel taught undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses in Saint Leo University’s criminal justice programs, with concentrations in criminalistics and homeland security. She is also the owner of Braziel Associates LLC, a private investigative firm providing investigative services and background investigations.
